The Hope Builders program invites dedicated church and community members to partner with Western Michigan Adult & Teen Challenge in supporting students on their journey of transformation. As mentors and volunteers, Hope Builders commit to a one-year partnership, during which they provide encouragement, accountability, and spiritual guidance while actively engaging in activities and events hosted by the center.

 

Hope Builders are carefully vetted and trained to align with our core values: God’s Word, discipleship, prayer, worship, unity, and gratitude. They foster meaningful relationships with students through one-on-one mentorship, participation in group discussions, skill-building workshops, and involvement in center-led activities such as outreach events, fundraisers, etc.

 

By walking alongside students and participating in the life of the center, Hope Builders play a vital role in empowering individuals to grow in their faith, develop critical life skills, and prepare for a future filled with hope and purpose.
